Common questions
- Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and we'll email you a six-digit code to type into the app.
- Change your email or password? In the app: Settings › Account.
- Export your data? Settings › Export — JSON or CSV, yours to keep.
- Delete your account? Settings › Account › Delete Account. This permanently removes your entries, photos, and login. Export first if you want a copy.
- Wrong count? Any entry can be edited or deleted from History. The record bends to the truth.
Acceptable use
Hot Dog Counter is a private journal for photographing and counting hot dogs. Don't upload content that is unlawful or that exploits or endangers anyone. We don't browse your journal, but we reserve the right to remove content and close accounts that violate this — and where the law requires it, to report. Keep it to hot dogs. They've earned it.
